Free 203K Class

A few weeks ago, I was certified to teach the FHA 203K loan to the Real Estate Agents in Colorado.  I am very excited to expand the education of the is exciting program.

In celebration, I am going to give a Free 6 hour FHA 203K continuing education class.

• This is limited to agents in Alabama and Georgia.

•  You must provide the location. 

• You must provide any refreshments.

• There must be a minimum of 10  and a maximum of 40 agents in the class

• The class must be complete no later than Wednesday March 4, 2011.  The class is scheduled on a first come first serve bases.

• The deadline to sign up is Saturday February 12, 2011.

• Only 5 offices or Boards will be selected.

Educate yourself when it comes to using the FHA 203K Renovation Loan program.  This is a complex loan and if you don't know what you are doing you will regret it.

If you are a borrower using this loan, don't depend on your Real Estate Agent or your Lender to know the program because many of them don't.

Knowledge is power and when it comes to the 203K Renovation Loan, you want the power.
